Hello and welcome
Well, hello beautiful people of the internet!
Before we start, let me intoduce myself! My name’s Yana Markelevich, raised and born in a small town of Belarus, Grodno. You probably wonder, why does the name all over the website is Jane Markiel but my real name is Yana? The answer is simple – that’s the name (the nickname if you will) that I prefer to be called 😊 So on this page I’m gonna referred to myself as Jane. Say “Hello, Jane!”, everyone!
I’m quite a creative soul that was never able to focus on one thing. After 18 years, I’ve realized there was no need to pick just one thing that you like, and so I decided to create „MARKIEL’s tricks”, a place where my passion for makeup and photography can meet, and the results will be out for the whole world to see!
I’ve been thinking about creating this kinda web side aka blog, for a while now. But the idea of making a website BY MYSELF was crazy to me. But thankfully learning how to create and then eventually creating a website, is a part of my homework in order to pass my „ New Media Technology ”class!
Expect from this page a lot of creative suggestions for your make up looks + interesting ideas for your HOMEMADE photoshoots (especially helpful while we’re quarantining and having so much free time on our hands).
On this website/blog I’ll constantly share with you my experience with the whole „transformation” process: how I created the looks, what kinda materials I’ve been using, and what inspired me to create this looks (pictures, movies, and songs).
